What happens next if my company is shortlisted?
The shortlist in all categories will be put on the website, and announced in Construction News. The list of finalists will be on the website and will be listed in a special full page advertisement in Construction News announcing the finalists. Finalists will also be sent a logo to use on letterhead and marketing. |

When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at The Construction News Green Awards & Gala Dinner on 26 September 2007 at The Hurlingham Club, London SW6. |

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
A downloadable booking form is available online to complete and return. |

When will I receive my tickets?
A table pack including tickets, placecards, hotel information and special rates, menu and wines will be sent out from August 2007. |

Are there any special hotel rates available?
A list of special hotel rates will be sent out with the invitations/guest information. |

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included in the table pack to complete and return for guests with special dietary requirements.

How do I buy extra wine on the night?
All tables already have an allocation of ½ bottle wine per person, but you can order more on the night from the wine waiter serving your table. However you will be asked to settle the bill by credit card/cash on the night for additional drinks. |

When can I put out my placecards?
You can put placecards on your table from 6.30pm.

What happens if I win?
All winners will receive a Construction News Green Award trophy presented to them on the night. In addition a winners logo will be sent to use on your letterhead and marketing, and you will be featured in an editorial section about the Awards in the issue of Construction News announcing all the winners.

Where can I obtain photos from the night?
All guests who’ve booked tables will be sent a link to a website where they can purchase photos from the night. |
